I'm glad a chose Kona Contractors after 3 bids from other local contractors in Highlands Ranch, CO. I was really impressed with the whole process. You get a team to help you realize your vision from Jason in sales, Jerry as project manager, Brittany in the office, Connor floating, Alex the mason, and the work ethic of Jacob and his 2 crew mates. My outdoor patio upgrade took 9 working days to put up 2 privacy slat fences, a 10' x 7' stone veneer fireplace with long trench for natural gas, and an arbor with post stone wraps. They used steel to build the arbor post wraps, and the fireplace. The crew would work from 7:30 AM to 5:00 everyday. If they said they would show up - they showed up early...even if it was snowing in November. Alex the mason even came on a Sunday for 8 hours to finish the fireplace stone.

Kona installed a stamped concrete patio and resealed our existing patio. The finished product was outstanding. Communication throughout the process was excellent. We hired Kona to create a large paver patio in our backyard.  The patio also included a 6 foot stone fire pit.  All the workers were outstanding.  The paver team was diligent and hardworking.  And the design is beautiful.  The carpenters repaired our home where the previous deck had been removed.  They did high quality work and communicated their work clearly.  Also would give credit to the electricians and the plumber.  They all did very good work and had positive attitudes.  The only hitch we had in the process was regarding communication and timing with the main office.  Seemed like I had to follow up to keep the project moving. Kona team did a great job of replacing our backyard deck with a new paver patio.  There was some delay to delivery of enough materials, but Jerry kept us informed of that process.
